Keto Friendly Fajita Inspired Burger Bowls
Y’all know that I love a burger bowl, especially since Nathan and I went Keto last year.
One of my favorite meals is fajitas.. I love the juicy tender steak, sweet and spicy peppers, the tang of the onions, and the delicious creaminess of the guacamole and sour cream. So, when CHOP HOUSE Steak Burger reached out to me about a partnership for recipe development and sharing; these Fajita Burger Bowls were literally the first recipe that came to mind!
We grill ALL THE TIME, y’all. With the neighbors, by ourselves, for a game, for birthdays, because the day ends in – y… We grill. It’s what we do, and since we live in Texas, we can pretty much grill 12 months out of the year. (ps… that’s all of them) Burgers are one of our favorite things to grill because everyone loves them, you can set out oodles of toppings and you’re guaranteed that EVERYONE can find something they love and make a meal they’ll enjoy.

One of my favorite things about this partnership with CHOP HOUSE Steak Burgers is the number of burgers they sent me to try. My freezer was CHOCK FULL of brisket-steak burgers, Angus steak burgers, and sirloin burgers. The best part about the CHOP HOUSE Steak Burgers is they arrive frozen, and they’re designed to be cooked from frozen which makes grilling burgers anytime ridiculously easy.
I was a bit skeptical about frozen burgers on the grill, but they’re soooo good, y’all!

The burgers are delicious, they’re easy to prepare, and having a burger ready to cook any time is an absolute gift for us! With football, school cheer, competitive cheer, high school, junior high, Nathan’s work, and my subbing… our schedules are crazy and the easier that meals can come together, the better.

Fajita Burger Bowls
Ingredients
- • 3 CHOP HOUSE Angus Chuck Steakburgers
- • 2 bell peppers thinly sliced
- • 1 small to medium onion thinly sliced
- • 2 – 3 Cups prepared Spanish Style Cauliflower Rice
Instructions
- 1. Saute the onion and peppers in 1-2 Tbsp butter until softened and caramelized
- 2. Heat up the Spanish Style Cauliflower Rice, or regular Spanish rice if you aren’t Keto
- 3. Grill the CHOP HOUSE Angus Chuck Steak burgers to your desired doneness
- 4. In a bowl, add ½ Cup cauliflower rice, top with burger, salsa, sour cream, avocado, and sliced jalapenos if desired. Add the caramelized peppers and onion
