Spicy Southwest Style Blackened Tuna Salad

Ingredients

cans Genova Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
Blackened Seasoning - 1 - 2 Tablespoons
Spring Mix
1/4
Cup
rinsed and drained, canned sweet corn
1/2
Cup
rinsed and drained, canned black beans
1/2
red pepper
rough chopped
1
medium avocado
thinly sliced
1 to 2
limes
Instructions
Dump the tuna into a colander to drain
heat a pan over medium-high heat
Coat the tuna with the blackening seasoning and then add the tuna to the hot pan. Stir lightly until the tuna is heated through.
Build your salad to liking.
