Spicy Southwest Style Blackened Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Genova Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
  • Blackened Seasoning - 1 - 2 Tablespoons
  • Spring Mix
  • 1/4 Cup rinsed and drained, canned sweet corn
  • 1/2 Cup rinsed and drained, canned black beans
  • 1/2 red pepper rough chopped
  • 1 medium avocado thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 limes

Instructions

  • Dump the tuna into a colander to drain
  • heat a pan over medium-high heat
  • Coat the tuna with the blackening seasoning and then add the tuna to the hot pan. Stir lightly until the tuna is heated through.
  • Build your salad to liking.
