Spicy Dry Rub
This Spicy Dry Rub is rather spicy. It works well on fish, pork, chicken, beef, as well as sprinkled on grilled vegetables.

- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Mix all spices together in a large bowl or measuring cup.
Pour into an airtight spice jar or tin.
Label with a gift tag or other label.
