Granny's Sock It To Me Cake
A true southern family tradition. Granny's sock it to me cake is easy to make, delicious to eat, and can be served as a breakfast coffee cake, or dessert, or an after school snack.

Ingredients
- 1 package butter flavor cake mix
- 3/4 Cup oil
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 Cup granulated white sugar
- 4 Large Eggs
Swirl
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and Grease a bundt cake pan
- In a small bowl combine the swirl ingredients and set aside
- In a mixing bowl combine; cake mix, oil, sour cream and sugar
- Add eggs in one at a time, mixing between each addition
- Pour half of the batter into the bundt cake pan; sprinkle the swirl ingredients over the batter in the bundt pan, then top with remaining batter
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes to 1 hour. The cake should be golden brown and a toothpick or raw strand of spaghetti will come out with crumbs, but no wet batter
- Cool in pan 5 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack to continue cooling process. Serve immediately, or whenever
