Fruit Smoothie

Delicious green smoothie made up of spinach and some of your favorite fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 overflowing C chunk pineapple
  • 6 to 8 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 C 0% greek yogurt
  • 1/4 C water
  • ice as needed

Instructions

  • Peel the orange and banana
  • Cut the hull off the strawberries
  • Put the spinach, pineapple, strawberries, banana, orange and yogurt into a blender and blend.
  • Add in the water, blend again
  • Add in ice and continue to blend and add until the consistency is to your liking.

Notes

You could add in blueberries or substitute blackberries or raspberries - this is one of those recipes that can be played with and changed around to fit your taste buds.
