In a mixing bowl; combine, milk, egg, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl; combine flour, salt, baking, soda, and sugars. Gradually add to the wet mixture while mixing until fully combined and smooth.
Pour batter into your squeeze bottle (I fill mine twice)
Once the oil is hot - drizzle your batter into the hot oil in whatever pattern you choose.
Cook about 3 minutes and then flip (you want the funnel cake to be golden brown on both sides)
Once the funnel cake is cooked, remove it from the oil and place it on some paper towels or brown paper grocery bags to cool.
Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!

This makes about 12 funnel cakes with my designs. You can also dust with cinnamon and granulated sugar for a more churro style funnel cake. Serve topped with whipped cream and berries The options are only as limited as your imagination
