Happy Wednesday, y’all!  It’s Easter week here – so this Weekly Meal Plan is following a bit of a different path, I’m including a few leftover ideas, side dishes, desserts, and Easter Ham suggestions.  Hope you’re enjoying the menu plans; I love hearing how they’re helping you, and which recipes are going into your rotations!

This won’t be a full week’s worth of meals, and it’s actually going to follow a bit of a different pattern than the others, but I’ll get back to that with next week’s meal plan, promise!
