Happy Friday, y’all! It’s time for This Week in Happiness.
The happiest part of this week was walking to school with this character on the 100th day of school while he shouted “Get Off My Lawn” in his best grumpy old man voice.
or it might have been watching Princess and her fellow hula hoop teammates bring down the HOUSE as they performed Halftime at the HUGE grudge match varsity basketball time halftime show {our team won! 45-44}. The High Schoolers were out of their seats screaming and yelling.

- We are obsessed with Zoodles!!! I have this Zoodle-Maker Paderno Tri-Blade Plastic Spiralizer
and it’s awesome! Works on zucchini, carrots, potatoes and more!!!
- I’ve been playing around with a cocktail recipe – a sort of bourbon pecan pie in a martini glass – and it’s out of this world! Hoping to have good lighting on Sunday to make and photograph it so I can share it with y’all!!!

- I have discovered the Aisha Tyler Podcast – Girl on Guy and I’m binge listening. She’s phenomenal. It’s totally NSFW – but it’s brilliant!
- One of the teachers at the elementary school turned me on to the TV show ARROW – have you seen it? I’m loving it! Thank goodness for Netflix and Hulu!! (we don’t have cable)
