Happy Monday!  Are you recovering from Spring Break like us, or just starting yours?  We’ve devoured about 4 dozen of these brown sugar chocolate chip cookies over the past week, and it’s time for me to get back into running and working out to make up for it!  They’re so worth it, though.

Have you ever had a Moscow Mule?  I tasted my first one when I was in Utah this past Fall when Sommer shared hers with me, and I was instantly a fan! I jumped right on Amazon and ordered these copper moscow mule mugs so I could recreate them at home.  With tomorrow being St. Patrick’s Day, this Irish Mule recipe from Pink Heels, Pink Truck caught my eye.  Definitely going to have to try her version!

Chocolate cake is always a welcome treat, and this absolutely gorgeous, decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache from Spoonful of Flavor immediately drew my eye. Her pictures are gorgeous, and this recipe sounds do-able!

When I was pregnant with Princess I was constantly craving Beef Stroganoff – I could literally eat it 3 times a day {I didn’t, but I could have}.  I’ve never thought of making it in the slow-cooker, but I can’t wait to try this Crockpot Beef Stroganoff recipe from Dizzy, Busy, and Hungry!  It looks and sounds scrumptious.

I kept seeing Kirsten mentioning candied pepperoni in conjunction with a dessert recipe she was creating, and I must admit, I was intrigued.  Well, Kirsten linked it up in last week’s Mouthwatering Mondays linky, and I have to tell, y’all – I kind of want to try these.  I’ve eaten Kirsten’s desserts before, and she is awesomely talented.  So……. here you have it = Candied Hormel Pepperoni Cupcakes.

  1. Can I be honest? I was TERRIFIED to make these. I had pitched the idea (maybe after drinking?) for a sponsored post and then they chose THAT recipe for me to make. All I will say is that while this sounded like a horror story from Chopped, I ate the ENTIRE first batch of candied pepperoni. Seriously. It was weird and awesome and I plan to make them for events because they create buzz and intrigue. Mostly because it sounds horrible and yet this flavor combination somehow really worked. THANKS FOR FEATURING THEM! <3
