Happy Monday! I hope your Valentines Day was filled with love and joy and chocolate <3  Mine was spent with people I love and adore, and I feel so very blessed for that.

I love seeing the faces behind the blogs I read, and I hope y’all do too!  In that hope, here’s an IG snapshot from this weekend. My favorite little Monkeys and I were {parked} at the grocery store after picking up HEB butter tortillas to take to take one of my oldest internet (and dearest real life) friends, Casey before picking her up at the airport.

Y’all are rocking the recipes and over 100 delicious recipes were linked up last week!  I spend a good amount of time drooling and scrolling through your sites! Thank you so much for linking up and visiting each other!  Sharing the love and supporting each other is how we make this whole interwebz thing work!

  • One of my sweetest friends is a vegetarian (I’m not) and while I have a cache of recipes that I can serve, I love finding new and intriguing recipes that I can make for her, and that I’d want to eat, too.  I love this Vegan Black Bean Soup from My Natural Family.  For Cate, I’d make it as is, for me, I’d add a bit of chipotle and crushed red pepper.  It looks and sounds delish!

  • Chocolate. Hazelnut. Fruit Topped Crepes.  I really don’t think that I need to add anything.  Chocolate Hazelnut Crepes.  If that doesn’t entice you…. I don’t even know.  I was immediately drawn to these delightful Chocolate Hazelnut Crepes with Nutella Ricotta and Raspberry Jam from Gold Lining Girl, because if you can combine dessert and breakfast… yes, please!

  • If you want to get my immediate attention there’s a few things you can reference:  Buffalo Wings, Cheese, Spicy, Enchiladas, Queso, Spicy, Comfort, Chocolate, Chipotles — those are guaranteed to get my attention, which is why Life With The Crust Cut Off’s Creamy Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup got my attention.  Enchiladas are one of my favorite Tex-Mex foods and then she tossed in the creamy and cheesy – yep, I’m in.
