Happy 2015!!! It’s the first Mouthwatering Monday of 2015
{hush up that it’s Tuesday!}

Did you have a wonderful break? Did you eat delicious things? Are you excited or flummoxed that it’s 2015?!

I hope you’re excited!

There were grand plans for launching a new design/look and fancy Mouthwatering Monday buttons, but it just didn’t all come together. So……

moving on!

It’s a special kind of cold down here right now.  The kind of cold that gets into your bones and we Texans just aren’t used to it.  This kind of cold calls for a piping hot bowl of Nathan’s Favorite Loaded Baked Potato Soup – don’t you think?

Warms the cockles of my heart just looking at that.. mmmm bacon.

Oh – sorry, I got distracted by the bacon, and the cheese, and the potatoes… dang, y’all, I’m going to have to go to the store.

Let’s talk recipes! Here are the recipes that caught my eye from the last Mouthwatering Monday link-up

  •  I love the idea of this Bean Soup in a Jar from Modern Christian Homemaker!  This would make a great gift for a friend, a welcome basket for the new neighbors, or just because! Love it.  I’m in a soup kind of mood, can you tell?
