Happy Monday, y’all!
Did you have a nice weekend? We had Laura and her family with us this weekend. We went to a Crawfish Boil, ate a LOT of Crawfish, sausage, potatoes, and corn. YUM
Sunday, I introduced them to the Coffee Malt, and while Laura and I sat working on our computers and sharing tips and tricks with each other, the kiddos camped on the couches, shared technology, and bonded over coffee malts.
It was such a great weekend with wonderful friends. There’s something magical in time spent with good friends, with people who understand you, laugh with you, share with you, and just get you. The kids were instant friends, and the girls are already planning skype dates and asking when we can see each other again.
Alright, let’s talk FOOD!
I love the fresh, bright colors and flavors in these adorable Mini Summer Berry Galettes from Home Cooking Memories.
I’m all about easy, delicious, fresh flavors during the summer, and this Raw Cucumber Salad with Dill recipe from Confessions of An Overworked Mom, definitely fits the bill! This sounds so refreshing and yummy!
I have a very special place in my heart for spicy foods, and the Bang Bang Shrimp at Bonefish Grill, are a delicious {if somewhat overpriced} love of mine. Ashley, from Frugal Coupon Living, had me at hello with her Copycat Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe that she linked up last week!
Nathan and I took the kids to see Maleficent on opening weekend, and we loved it. The entire family agrees that it is firmly in our top 5 Disney Movies of ALL TIME. Top 10 movies of all time. It was beautifully done, exceptional really. If you haven’t seen it.. GO!
Check out these wickedly adorable Maleficent Inspired Chocolate Dipped Strawberries from The It Mom.
Thank you for linking up week after week, sharing the love, inviting your own friends, and readers, and being so inspiring!
