Happy Monday, y’all!  Remember Monkey’s sad Monday pic last week? Turns out he had a double ear infection!  He woke up Tuesday Morning at 1:00 AM screaming in pain.  Poor kid 🙁  He’s on medicine and on the mend, so good times!

Have you ever heard the saying: “If you don’t like the weather in Texas wait 5 minutes?”  This morning started out at 70°F, it plummeted to 50°F in the span of 2 hours! It’s cold, windy, and drizzly .. the perfect day for some Lighter Chicken Poblano Soup, not the perfect day for the bikes we rode to school! BRRRRRR
  • Speaking of  cold weather and soup, how about a bowl of this mouth watering Tortellini Soup from Raking in The Savings.  I absolutely love her simple, but beautiful styling in this photo, it immediately drew me in

  • I could hang a print of this photograph of Life With The Crust Off’s Lemon Curd Blossoms and stare at it every day.  Gorgeous colors, beautiful styling, simple and exquisite.  Plus, she had me at Lemon, I’m a sucker for lemon recipes.

  1. Rachel, you need to come to the ranch; the citrus trees are blooming and it smells so good! I want to lay in the grass and make citrus angels, but the cows might start talking 😉 Will have to try the lemon curd blossoms in the fall when we get more lemons ready to harvest. Hope Monkey feels better soon.
