Mouthwatering Mondays {Week 41}

Hey y’all – it’s Monday, again.   I swear it was just a minute ago that I was sitting in that hotel room in Galveston putting the finishing touches on last week’s Mouthwatering Mondays and counting down the hours until we took off on our Eastern Caribbean Cruise. Today, I’m sitting surrounded by suitcases and trinkets, and 2 cameras and 1 iPhone all waiting for me to take the pictures off their memory cards and put them on this laptop… instead, I’m spending my time going through the links y’all shared last week {YUM} and chatting on Facebook.  {priorities, y’all}

• As we were driving home today, both kids requested Chick-Fil-A for our driving-home-meal, but of course it’s Sunday which means CFA is closed, so as soon as I saw this CopyCat Chick-Fil-A nugget recipe on Life With The Crust Off, I knew that I had to save it for our next Sunday craving!

 

• One of the things that I love the most about Mouthwatering Mondays is that every week brings new-to-me-bloggers and their delicious creations to my attention.  This feature comes from one of those bloggers!  It’s no secret that I love Avocados, and chocolate and mint is one of my favorite combinations – so these delicious Coconut and Avocado Grasshoppers from Raia’s Recipes  immediately caught my eye!

• I have serious love for homemade salad dressing, and garlic, and all things spicy.  Dear Dana, I kind of love you, a LOT for this mouthwatering Spicy Garlic Salad Dressing Recipe.
