Happy Monday, y’all!

Mouthwatering Mondays is a bit late this week.

Our internet blew up yesterday, so I’m sitting here at the new Jimmy Changa’s in Katy, having a margarita and fajitas while I write this up.  The kids are playing on the playground, and I’m grateful for restaurants with good food, kid friendly areas, and free Wi-fi!

This past week seems to have flown by, I swear y’all – one day it’s Monday and the next thing I know it’s Saturday!

Let’s get this party started! Here are a few delicious recipes from y’all that caught my eye in last week’s linky!

Girl in The Kitchen had me at wine roasted and cajun in the title of her Wine Roasted Cajun Chicken Thighs.  Love the bold flavors of her chicken and the pairing with the roasted veggies! YUM

Absolutely loving these adorable and delicious looking French Toast Roll Ups from CincyShopper!  Wouldn’t these make the cutest Valentine’s Breakfast for the loves in your life?!

I’ve never heard of Zucchini noodles before, but This Holistic House’s Garlic Buttered Shrimp with Zucchini noodles recipe has me completely fascinated and thinking this is something I must try!  Have y’all ever made/had zucchini noodles?

We’re already talking Superbowl foods and fun ways to celebrate the big game, and I guarantee that this Caramel Corn from Growing up Gabel would be a HUGE hit with kids and adults alike! YUM!!

  1. I posted links to three recent recipes … I hope that’s alright? I’m proud of all of them, but most especially the duck, because I’m trying to try new things in 2014 🙂

  2. Hi Rachel,
I just found your party and am very happy to bring my Rancher Beans over to share. It is nice to see you again and thanks so much for the party!

  3. Mmmm caramel corn. If I make zucchini noodles, that balances it out, right? I always love seeing all the fun bits of inspiration.

And YES time is flying so fast. Fortunately, that means winter will go by sooner, right?
