Mouthwatering Mondays {Week 25}

Happy Monday, y’all!

Were your weekends amazing?  Mine was filled with Mad Hattery, Sleepovers, late night giggles, 1 1/2″ of rain, and some amazing Shiner Bock Chili that we made into frito pies.

…and then my head exploded when people told me they’ve never had fritos, and others who’ve never had frito pies.

My poor southern heart just couldn’t handle it.

{y’all know who you are, and that I still love y’all – seriously, hit me up after you have a frito}

It’s Halloween WEEK!  What are y’all doing for Halloween?  We get together as a block and have a party, and take the kids trick or treating as a group – it’s our first year here so we are super excited!

There’s something about Caramel Corn, it’ll lure me in every single time.  It’s been one of my favorite treats since childhood, and I’m absolutely dying to try this Caramel Corn Puffs recipe from Life With The Crust Off!

Tomatillos make one of my favorite sauces ever.  I will straight up judge a restaurant on its green sauce.  Seriously.

I can’t tell y’all the little thrill that I got when I saw A Mothers Shadow link up this Sweet Pork Burrito with Tomatillo Sauce last week!  This is a recipe that I could have a lot of fun with!
