Mouthwatering Mondays {Week 20}

Hey y’all!  I had the most amazing weekend at Blog Elevated in Houston.  I learned a tremendous amount about Pinterest, Vlogging,  SEO, Entrepreneurship; met a bunch of new bloggers and was inspired by something different around every single corner.

Oh, and I roomed with Jenny, which pretty much means no matter what the weekend would have been a huge win.

I also led a photo walk and taught a session on Props, Lighting and Styling for {food} bloggers.

Monkey turned SEVEN!!  Holly and I teared up a bit when we realized that the first birthday post I wrote to Monkey was for his second birthday!

It was an exceptional weekend, and I’ll tell y’all more about it later.

Ever since Shawn linked her French Onion Mac and Cheese up last week, I can’t get it out of my head.

  I’m going to wait until the weather cools down a bit to make this, and dream about it until then.

 

We had a cool front come in today, it was a brisk 85.   Y’all are obviously all geared up for Fall, because the recipes make me want to curl up in front of a fire with every single one of your yummy dishes, including this Chili Cheese Tater Tot Casserole from Love Bakes Good Cakes.

 

These Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Rolls  from Honest and Truly sound absolutely amazing.  I adore caramelized onions.  and cheese.  and bread.  Holy yum, y’all.

 

The Brand New Seven Year Old Monkey’s Pick of The Week is …

The Monkey Cake by Joys of Boys, because: “it’s my birthday week and she made a Monkey Cake!”

 

Princess’ Pick of The Week:

Just Dip It In Chocolate’s Bat’s Blood Elixir Smoothie, because “It just looks awesome, mom”  {I feel I should mention she’s obsessed with Monster High, Myth Busters, and R.L. Stine”
