My birthday was beyond compare – my husband won the internet, the marriage, the year with his surprise for me.  I’ll share more about that later!

These pickled red onions from This Silly Girl’s Life have been on my mind since last week!  I’m making some this week and can’t wait to play around with recipes to add them to!

 

I’ve tried brussel sprouts before and have never enjoyed them, however these Brussel sprouts with bacon and shallots from Queen Bee Coupons have me wanting to try them again.
