Mouthwatering Mondays {Week 13}

It’s Birthday WEEK! 🙂

I’ll be 35 on Wednesday and hopefully will be out on the boat in the middle of a large body of water celebrating with my family and soaking up the sun and laughter.

Hope y’all are enjoying yourselves and relishing in the last bit of summer before school starts back up again.

I love spicy foods, and jalapenos rank right up there at the top of my favorite foods list which makes these Buffalo Chicken Dip Stuffed Jalapenos from Dixie Chik Cooks a definite favorite!

 

 

Mashed Potatoes are one of my favorite side dishes, but I haven’t made them since Moby Dick was a minnow because they aren’t really the healthiest dish, but I may have found a new favorite thanks to Stacy Makes Cents and her sinfully delicious looking Crock Pot Jalapeno Bacon Mashed Cauliflower recipe.

 

Chocolate cookies are one of my favorite kinds of cookies and my interest was piqued immediately by the title of Beela Bakes chocolate cookie recipe.  Chocolate Dulce De Leche Cookies, then I clicked around and read the recipe, saw her pictures and commenced to drooling.

 

Monkey’s Favorite this week was the Homemade CornDogs recipe from Stockpiling Moms because “corndogs anytime, mom!”

 

 

Princess’ Pick this week was  the Despicable Me 2 Minion Cupcakes from My Litter because: “Minions Mom! Minions!”

 

I can’t wait to see what y’all’ve been cookin’ up this past week!  I haven’t been in my kitchen a bit, we’ve been so busy cleaning out the old house and getting Princess to and from camp (she had a blast!) that I’ve barely cooked anything at all and I’m itchin’ to get in the kitchen!
