Happy Monday, y’all!
Did you have a delicious weekend? We did! I played with a margarita recipe, some mimosas, finalized the recipe for this little beauty…
recipe coming this week!
My mom and I took the kids to see Shrek The Musical at The Theatre Company in Bryan it was phenomenal! {if you’re in the Bryan/College Station area – check out their calendar and go see something. The Theatre Company is amazing. I’ve been watching shows there for 20 years}.
We ate at Blackwater Draw (TWICE) and the kids, Nate, and I were in heaven because we got to have Chicken and Waffles again. Seriously, the best I’ve ever had. Again, if you’re in BCS area – Go there! {yes, my little brother is the executive chef, so I might be a bit biased, but they have been nominated for The Best of Bryan: Best New Restaurant and Best Burgers – Just sayin’}
Y’all ready for last week’s featured recipes? So many yummy recipes and delicious ideas shared, thank y’all so much for joining Mouthwatering Mondays each week, and sharing with your friends!
Once upon a million years ago, when I was a Girl Scout – one of the moms taught us to make egg rolls, it was the first time I’d ever had an egg roll and I was immediately hooked. Crispy, delicious, filled with yummy flavors. SOLD. These delectable Crispy Homemade Egg Rolls from Spend With Pennies immediately caught my eye. They look and sound delicious! I can’t wait to try them!!!
Summer is the time to play around in the kitchen with the kids, get them more comfortable with cooking, and help them develop their love for cooking. What better way to do that than with these darling Cotton Candy Mini Donuts from The Sweet Chick!
With The Fourth of July this weekend, lots of people will be getting together for Cookouts, Fireworks, and Celebrations – I think these Homemade Churros by Raking in The Savings would be a great addition to any party!

Thanks, Gaby! you have a great week, too! 🙂
Thanks for featuring my donuts. That strawberry dessert you are teasing us with looks incredible.
Playing with a margarita recipe…. now that’s my kind of recipe creation. Hope you’re having a great Fourth, my friend – and enjoying those margaritas!
