Today is one of my favorite days of the year; it’s the day you were born, the day that God placed my other half on this earth.
You are one of the most incredible people I’ve ever known. I have learned so much from you over the past 18 years.

Ah, Rachel – this just made me smile. I smiled because everything you have with Nathan and said about Nathan is exactly how my life was (and will be again – only so much better – once we’re reunited) with my darling Brent or HB! You and I are the fortunate ones – but what you have and what I had, didn’t come without work or without letting go of our own pride. My peace, right now, is genuine. I miss my darling so very much. But, because we loved so fully – there is no regret. Happy birthday, Nathan – I’m happy for your ever after with your southern princess!
