December is here, but my Holiday baking season began Mid-November.
Whether it was Bourbon Candied Glazed Pecans,, Cranberry Walnut Rum Fudge or Southern Brown Sugar Shortbread Pecan Pie Bars
I’ve been baking and recipe testing up a storm.
My friend, Stephanie aka Queen Scarlett emailed a few of us and asked if we’d be interested in trying out some Vanilla products from Heilala Vanilla. Y’all may not know this, but when it comes to baking, I’m a bit of an ingredient snob. You absolutely have to use top quality ingredients in order to turn out delicious, mouth watering baked goods. After reading a bit about them, and Steph swearing that their vanilla was amazing – I signed on and got all kinds of giddy when I received Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Bean Paste (my favorite), Vanilla Sugar and Vanilla Syrup! I’m completely out of my Vanilla extract and the vanilla bean paste.
I sprinkled our most recent batch of Pumpkin Pie Doughnut Muffins with the Vanilla Sugar and it was perfection.
Steph used hers to make this delectable Coconut Cream Cake
Lindsey made these mouthwatering Double Vanilla Sable Cookies
My other girl Steph made this Malted Vanilla Ice Cream that sounds absolutely amazing
