I have a Wilton cake pan that uses a pound cake mix to bake a standing cake that is in the shape of a gingerbread house. For the last 24 Christmas’ my daughter and I have decorated the cake to look like a stable and place some nativity figures in front. Our family has always referred to it as the “Baby Jesus” cake and it is a major part of our Christmas celebration.
