  1. My favorite, favorite and a house favorite is chicken tacos! It takes thought to prepare it, but is done in no time at all. We have them with homemade flour tortillas, and all the fixins, plus the chicken is cooked with cilantro and lime Ro-Tel!

  2. We’re pasta eaters here. I have meatballs and sauce in the freezer and I heat that up as I cook the pasta. With a salad and bread, it makes a great quick meal.

    1. in your twitter stream, click on the time and date in the individual tweet – it will open the tweet up in a separate window with its own URL ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. If it needs to be REALLY quick we love noodles with parmesean, if we have a little more time we’ll whip up a meatloaf and spend some time together while it bakes.

  4. For quick and easiness we love a pasta salad of sorts. It’s rotini, italian dressing, cubed cheese, and chopped pepperoni. Mmmm!

  5. Our favorite back to school and make in a flash supper is soft beef tacos. I usually have everything on hand (tortillas, hamburger, cheese and veggies) and can get it from the freezer/pantry/refrigerator to the table in less than 20 minutes. Best if all, the are never left overs which means I have one less thing to do besides the one pan and the dishes! :-0

  6. Our favorite back to school meal is Beef Stroganoff. Its easy to put together and so much better tasting than anything from a box.

  7. Spaghetti is tops in my house! The kids love it just about any way with meat sauce, meatballs, breaded veal, or chicken.

  8. Our go to meal is to call the local Papa John’s! lol
Seriously if we need something quick we make scrambled egg sandwiches. My boys love scrambled eggs!

  9. On hectic days, our go-to meal is homemade lentil soup with and BLT sandwiches.

  10. One of our favorite easy dinners is chili cheese nachos – yum!! They just take a few minutes in the oven to heat, but they taste SO good. Serve with extra (lowfat) cheese, sour cream, avocado slices & salsa!

  11. If we have one, we all love to eat a frozen pizza, or quick hamburgers that I can mix up and broil. Or I tell everyone just grab a sandwich or cereal or heat up leftovers.

  12. Um, I would personally love to have a picnic lunch with you with all of these products. including the hebuddy lunch box. and fyi my fave go to quick dinner is mac & cheese. yep. I’m that mom.

  13. we love to make English muffin pizzas-we have a variety of toppings, and let the kids build their pizzas. It is quick, fun and lets them participate as well.

  14. Quite seriously a quick meal would be Hamburger Helper or Chicken Helper. I always like to stock up on those kinds of things at Big Lots!

  15. Chicken stirfry is the easiest meal in my house. Heat up some frozen veggies or pick up the stirfry ones at the deli, mix in precooked chicken and boom, done.

  16. Frittata. I know, we’re strange people, but you can use almost any veg, a little ham or bacon or smoked turkey for flavor, a handful of any kind of shredded cheese, and herbs from a front-porch garden (we like basil in ours) to jazz up the beaten eggs and splash of milk, plus we have an endless supply of free eggs thanks to our chickens and ducks. It’s one-dish wonder ๐Ÿ™‚
