Nearly every grocery cart I pass is filled with pencils and spiral notebooks and squeaky pink erasers.
You know what that means, don’t you?
It’s Back To School Time again!
I’m really excited to announce that I’m partnering with ConAgra Foods and HEB for the THIRD year in a row for their Back To School Meal Maker Challenge
This year, we bloggers, have been given FOUR main ingredients – one for each week of the challenge – and we’ve been tasked with creating a delicious meal featuring each weekly ingredient.
Each meal must have 7 ingredients or less, be able to be made in 30 minutes or less and feed a family of 4 (minimum).
I hitched up my big girl boots – hopped in the kitchen and had some fun.
Want to know what the weekly featured ingredients are?
Week 1: Egg Beaters
Week 2: Hebrew National Hot Dogs
Week 3: Peter Pan Peanut Butter
Week 4: Chef Boyardee
Are y’all intrigued?
Are y’all craving a sneak peek?
That’s just a sneak peek of what I have in store for y’all over the next 4 weeks…
I’m participating in this challenge for the 3rd year in a row because I really enjoy the culinary challenge aspect of it and I am always inspired by my fellow participants creativity.
I can’t wait to see what everyone has come up with this year!!!

I am being compensated for my participation in this program, however, all thoughts, opinions, recipes and silliness are 100% mine.
You always have the most drool-worthy food photos. Can’t wait to see what you’ve come up with!
